Coronavirus: 1,058 new cases, no new deaths reported in Orange County on Nov. 29

The Orange County Health Care Agency provides a daily update of testing results, deaths and other related metrics used to monitor the impact and spread of the coronavirus.

Here is a snapshot of the information provided Sunday, Nov. 29, on its website:

New cases reported: 1,058

Cumulative cases: 77,819

  • 2,502 were skilled nursing facility residents
  • 588 were inmates in county jails
  • 267 were homeless people

New deaths reported: 0

Cumulative deaths: 1,577

  • 722 were residents of skilled nursing or assisted living facilities
  • 4 were homeless people

Estimated recovered: 59,401

Hospitalizations: 597

Patients in ICUs: 148

New tests conducted: 8,037

Cumulative tests: 1,445,183
