Thousands of children in Orange County might not receive a gift at Christmas in a normal year, and you don’t need to be told that 2020 isn’t a normal year.

To help make sure a toy brings a smile to every child’s face this holiday, the annual Spark of Love Toy Drive is again accepting donations. On Saturday, Dec. 5, a drive-thru collection was held in Laguna Hills by the Orange County Fire Authority in partnership with KWAVE. Because of the coronavirus, fire stations have not be able to accept donations as they typically do.
